yes- but I know it's because my sinuses are on the verge of exploding.

absolutely!
my OB said sudafed was safe to take, but my primary care said to avoid it if i could because it constricts blood vessels and increases heartrate in both mommy and baby.
I did take a couple over the weekend when I was REALLY bad, but have laid off since.

Re: Anyone else feeling light headed?
congestion is a pretty common pregnancy symptom.
i take zyrtec every day for it. it doesn't really help with the congestion part, but it prevents the sinus headache.
i wouldn't recommend sudafed - it raises your blood pressure and heart rate (trust the girl who was sent to the ER for just that on Tuesday).
My OB suggested Mucinex...which seems to be helping, along with Mucinex nasal spray.

Re: Anyone else feeling light headed?
Yes, I get that way sometimes. Although after my glucose test the OB said that came back fine, but I'm a little anemic so that may be the reason why. I just added a Iron supplement to take when I take the prenatal.
Happened a few times and usually when I'm out shopping I suddenly feel lightheaded or get hotflashes

Yes, sometimes. I am 14 weeks and I get weird waves of it throughout the day. It doesn't last long though.

Re: Anyone else feeling light headed?
sometimes...
I am still stuffy...I don't know if it pregnancy related or the time of year...
Plus I get that lovely I can't breathe feeling, I guess bc my organs are being rearranged and also it can be a side eff of the progesterone our bodies are producing.

Re: Anyone else feeling light headed?
Thanks girls. So it must be a pregnancy thing. And I am not the only one experiencing this.
