anyone else at the Hicksville post office last nite?
My brother is an acct and he had last min mailings. I couldnt believe the line but it did move fast...well only 1 hr. I guess it could have been worse, right? LOL

I dread going to the Hicksville post office on 4/15. I relocated to Westchester and went to the Pelham post office yesterday at 6:30 and there was nobody in there. I was expecting a line out the door..

Boy, I remember those days. Cops directing traffic, standing outside while they worked the line seeing if anyone had anything "easy" that didn't require a return receipt.
I learned my lesson. My taxes were done the week I got the last piece I needed to submit them, as they are most years nowadays.

thats not to bad. I sent DH to our local post office on Monday and the line was about an hour.
