Anyone else?
My DH is telling me that I am making this a job and putting too much pressure on us.
I just know though that the frequency with which we BD since DC was born has dwindled to the point that if I dont pay attention to my cycles to make sure that we do BD on a fertile day, the chances of us conceiving is pretty slim.
I guess I might just have to keep my cycle info to myself...
Anyone else get told this same thing by their DH?

Re: Anyone else?
Yes, I was in the same boat. I was telling DH we have to BD every other day and other stuff...and he was like this is too much pressure just let it happen naturally.
After he told me to chill out that it will happen when it happens I felt that we were much more relaxed and it didn't feel like a chore.

My DH said the same thing. He told me we are supposed to enjoy bd. I lost sight of that the past few months. Still paying attention to my cycle but not making that the only reason we bd and I am not telling him.

Re: Anyone else?
I am not ttc, but will be soon (hopefully) and I know exactly what you mean. Our sex life has taken a hit after having DD, and to BD on the same type of schedule we did when we got pregnant the first time will definitely feel like work.
I am positive I will be keeping my cycle to myself and will try to act "spontaneous" on the important days.
I've actually been trying to spice things up lately so that when the times comes to ttc in a few months it won't feel so forced.

Re: Anyone else?
I don't think we're quite at that point yet, but I did express disappointment that his travel schedule for work could get in the way of us hitting our target this month and he told me "it'll happen when it happens"
I am definitely tuning into my cycle and everything but I haven't said anything to DH about it. I just put the moves on him and he thinks he's getting lucky
I just hope we're both getting lucky!!

Re: Anyone else?
It does get like that sometimes, where you look at each other and ask "Is this for business, or is this for pleasure?"
It takes work to make sure it can still be spontaneous and fun.
It will all be worth it in the end...or so they tell me

Re: Anyone else?
Thanks ladies...
I think I am going to just keep my cycles to myself from now on and just try to ensure we BD on the nights we should. Hopefully he wont catch on

It does feel like that. I am going through secondary infertility (ivf) and that is a stressful job. From injections of meds to Him having to give specimens to retrievals and transfers! It's a b#%*%!!! Prior to secondary IF and we got preggo with my 5 year old DD I was following ovulation calendars on web md having him drink coffee then DTD it was a chore but in the end it's all worth it! Good Luck
