I'm not a coffee drinker but I do have the occassional Diet Pepsi. And yes, I do eat cold cuts once in awhile.

I am now 4 months preggo and I have had a couple of turkey sandwiches along the way. I have had only decaf coffee and but I do have tea every now and then. I think things in moderation are fine.

I've never drank coffee so that was never a problem for me.
As far as coldcuts are concerned, I JUST started to eat some turkey and ham as of a couple of weeks ago. I'm now in my 20th week. I try to eat them as little as possible and I always nuke them before hand.

well my sister in law is having her baby next week and she eat coldcuts during her pregnancy and drank coffie im not sure how much and her baby is complety healthly today they found out the weight when shes has him he will be 9 pounds..lol right now he is 8 and a half pounds

I've had a few ham sandwiches, and have had coffee, as well. I limit it to one cup, but I also have a Pepsi once in a while, too.
I'm more a follower of the "moderation is key" school of thought than the "deny myself everything I like until August" school of thought.

I'm no longer with child, but yes, I ate cold cuts and drank coffee throughout the pregnancy. No issues/concerns at all either.

ABSOLUTELY. i'm not a huge coffee drinker but i'll have it when i want it. i eat cold cuts ALL the time. i also eat pretty much all of the other foods that are "forbidden" - in moderation. i did the same during my first pregnancy and have a wonderful baby boy!
i would eat and ENJOY
