Is this the same as Stroller strides? I don't know where you are but there is a free preview week, next week, at Broadway Mall in Hicksville. There may be other previews (I only checked my zipcode.)

Actually, I got an email the other day from the owner saything there was a change b/c of the nice weather. Next week we will be outside at Cedar Creek as long as the weather is nice (call 800-959-0431 to find out each day after 8am). The week of the 10th will be preview week at the Mall (10am on M, W, F-each class free that week and discounts for joining). Hope to see some of you there!

Thanks! I noticed that when I went to the website. I thought I had just made a mistake about the week. I was planning on trying to make it to see what it was all about. Am I going to feel weird because I don't know anyone or do a lot of people come for the previews?

I do the stroller mama class either at Heckscher Park in Huntington or at the Walt Whitman Mall (during the colder months). I take the Thursday class and absolutely LOVE it!!! The instructor is WONDERFUL and gives a fantastic workout. You can try the classes for free for a week. I did that before I joined. If you have any other questions FM me.
