Well, surprisingly I didn't do a polka dot theme  You could say I'm obsessed with polka dots, I swear literally 1/2 (if not more) of DD's clothes are polka dots...she's worn a polka dot dress in her professional pics at 3, 6, 9 and 12 months
I did a flower/garden theme, but I did find adorable flowerpots in AC Moore for the centerpieces. They were on sale for $3 each and they were a nice big size, green with white polka dots.
Can't wait to see your parties if you're doing polka dots 
Wilton makes the giant sprinkles in the shape of circles (they're intended for the giant cupcake cake pan they sell), they would look awesome as accents. I used them on my DD's b-day cake (it was a caterpillar though).
