I am currently in the middle of my second fresh IVF cycle (I had a successful cycle four years ago). I am following the same protocol as my first cycle that resulted in DC. I've been on stims since last Wednesday (menopur) and went today for monitoring. The largest follicle I had only measured 10 and I had lots of small ones. I am to continue my meds as instructed and return on Friday. The nurse said that I am responding a bit slowly to the stims and that with my other cycle, I responded faster and was two days ahead of what I am now. I can't help but feel discouraged I was hoping the end was in site and now I have to continue with injections for at least another couple of nights. Has anyone been a slow responder but ended up with a successful ER?
i literally just wrote on the other thread that i am a slow responder
this is what terrifies me most..i never made a bunch of follies in any of the 8 iui we did..this is our first ivf and i am a slow responder..i am so scared not to make much of anything..i go fri in to see how i am doing
i just wanted to say hang in there for both of us that our slow bodies pick up the pace
