Anybody hear about the predator in Kings Park?
a teen girl out jogging was approached by a man in a car wearing a security uniform, and sexually assaulted at gunpoint!! anyone hear anything about this??????
here's the story:
Police: Teen abducted, raped in Kings Park
By The Associated Press
October 10, 2006, 7:22 PM EDT
A 15-year-old girl jogging in her neighborhood was abducted at gunpoint and sexually assaulted in the suspect's car before being freed, Suffolk County police said Tuesday.
The driver stopped his white, four-door sedan at about 6:30 p.m. Monday to ask the girl for directions, and when she came closer he pulled out a gun and forced her into the car, Chief of Detectives Dennis Kane said at a news conference.
The girl was tied up, blindfolded and driven a few blocks, then sexually assaulted, Kane said. The suspect than drove the teen back to the spot where he picked her up and let her out of the car. The girl ran to a nearby house and called police.
Kane said the incident did not appear to be related to another abduction in Hauppauge last Thursday, involving a 10-year-old girl who was forced off her bike and into a car. She also was tied up and driven a few blocks before being released, but police do not believe that she was sexually attacked. That suspect was described as thin and clean shaven; the man linked to the Monday incident had a muscular build and a goatee.
Police asked anyone with information on the attacks to call 1-800-220-TIPS.

It was a young girl about 15 ...She was out jogging with her dog.
