Any SUMMER handbag that aren't too expensive, but don't look cheap
I'm looking for a fun summer color satchel type handbag (lime, mint, turquoise, yellow)
But I really don't want to go too expensive.

JMO, but you can't go wrong with places like Target.
And if you like to change bags frequently, like I do, it's nice to not spend a ton.
