Any one OBGYN tell them to altername BD?
I went to see my OBGYN and he told me to increase our changes of conceiveing we should BD every other day, not every day, so the DH has time to produce more sperm, has anyone heard this.
It makes me nervous to skip a day what if we miss our window.

Mine did - but my DH has low volume (good count, morphology, and motility - but low in actual volume).
He recommended we BD every other day during my fertile period.
You won't miss your window in doing so since the sperm can live inside of you.

as long as you have healthy CM (EWCM really) - sperm CAN live up to 4 days in it (but not sure exactly how many days really).
