I tried papaya enzymes from the health food store when it got really bad and it helped a bit. Eat small meals, and don't eat close to bed time.
The good news is that it goes away once the baby is born!

I had it so bad as well. I had it from the 5 month until the end!
I tried everything. I personally didn't that the any medications worked. It was really a day by day thing--try hard candy.
