anxiety as a new parent
My DS is almost three months old. In the beginning, I suffered from PPD which got better around the time DS turned 6 weeks old.
Now, for the past week or so, I have moments of feeling anxious, nervous, overwhelmed, for no reason at all, out of nowhere. A lot of it is when I first wake up in the morning.
I am going back to work in less than a month, maybe I am getting sad about that as time goes on..
Anyone else ever get these type of feelings? I thought I was past this, since I have become more adept at taking care of DS on my own...

Re: anxiety as a new parent
Oh yeah, I had that too. PPD in the beginning and then anxiety took over. For me, PPD can manifest as anxiety, so I think it was still that. I'd talk to a doctor about some things you can do, or medication if you want to go that route. You are not alone(((HUGS))))
