ANTS!
Ok, I have little black ants. We have sprayed inside, outside, traps, organic spray everything shy of acid. What else can I do. I am over having these little suckers in my house. They are primaraly in my kitchen and bathroom. I have traps everywhere. It is not helping. I will try anything.

Hi! We have the same problem. They are in our kitchen and I find it absolutely disgusting!
We have traps set up on the counters. DH sprayed outside the perimeter of the house. We also use Raid and Combat Ant Killer and all of that together, so far has worked.
I still see an ant every now and then but I've heard that it is part of living on LI but doing those things, definitely killed majority of the ants!

At my old house we just used the terro traps and then sprayed them and they all just started dying and then we vacuumed them up and they never came back. I might try an exterminator if nothing else is working

Did you try the raid traps? They worked for me in my bathroom and my kitchen. Unfortunately you have to let the ants do their thing for a few days to bring the poison back to the nest. Worked for me within 2 weeks. Ant free.

I went to HD and bought 8 4 packs of the raid ant killer. They are supposed to bring it back to the Queen and kill her. I put them down this morning and havent seen any since. Im hoping its not a fluke, amd theynare gone, the dude at HD said they are a HUGE issue for a lot of people this year. I just want them gone, so I can stop moving appliances and cleaning under them for the 100th time.

Dont plan on those Raid things working so quickly...its probably a fluke. You will see most ant activity at night...I read this and also noticed this in my home. So probably a fluke. But the thing is, you cant KILL the ants. You gotta let them eat some from the traps and bring a tasty death dinner to their nest, lol. So let them live for now....give it about a week or two. Worked for me in TWO rooms of my house!

We used this too and it also worked. I also find spraying their areas with lysol worked too!

We had a crazy infestation, nothing worked(traps, insecticide) until we sprayed vinegar all over the place before we went to sleep. I also hosed down the entrances i thought they were coming from every day. There has been great improvement for almost a week, we'll see.

We had the small ones 2 weeks ago outside by the front door- about 100 of them, I was like   , and was flipping out. I did not need them in the house. I sprayed Terro spary, it worked for 2 days and then they just came back, maybe I just lost patience with it, I am not sure. I called the exterminator and he sprayed they were gone in 2 days, the first day there were less and the next day they were gone, like they were never there before. I hate bugs! PS The extermnator told me they are a real problem this year, and that ant season should be over with in the next week or two, it is from the weather we have been having. Good luck, I hope they go away soon for you.

We get them around this time every year...they totally freak me out  . I am SO not a fan of bugs. Anyway, we use the Raid traps and they seem to do the trick. I've also used Q-Tips that I dip in white vinegar and then put it all around where they come in...that helps keep them out also.
