Anther going off pill question
Sorry for posting about this again, but this is so frustrating, I have been getting pms cramping since Sunday..and last night and this morning it was pretty intense...I keep checking to see if AF is there and she isn't. Is this normal for coming off the pill? I just want my AF already. Why the cramping for so many days??? AF came on the 5th last month. I want her to come back already!!!!!

yup i have been off the pill for 5 mths now and still get cramps all throughout the month.
