Another spinoff to Holiday Decorations....
what do you think of those blow up lawn decorations??
I have seen a few houses that have like over 20 of them......

I have to say i do not like them either.
i have seen some houses with to many, or even just one huge one, just looks weird to me.
I have seen some beautifully decorated homes with some gorgeous lights, and the way they did it just looks so pretty

I'm not really a fan of them.
One of our neighbors had about 15 of them and he turns off the compressors during the day so they end up laying deflated all of his yard, like dead santas and frosties

I like them in moderation. I like maybe no more than 2 on the front lawn as long as your yard is big enough to pull it off. I don't however like when the ENTIRE lawn is covered in them. There is this family around the block from my parents that has not 1 inch of their lawn clear. They do it i think for charity which is great, but it looks horrible. Not one inch of the lawn or house is not covered in blow up thingy's or lights or statues. And the traffic it creates. UNBELIEVABLE> I like there idea beind it but it is way too much. Can you tell i am a little peeved from the traffic i had to sit in to go AROUND THE BLOCK this weekend

THe guy around the block has about 40 of them. He even has them on his roof. And then he connected a blow up arch to the house next door and they have the blow ups too.
DS loves looking at them but I don't.
The only ones I like are the little snow globes. I think they are cute and I like the train one.

It is funny bc I am not a fan of them...but we drove past this house that was the only house lit on the block..there were about 6 blow up things, a ferris wheel , and all mismatch lites and me and my dh just had to laugh
They were probably totally pi&&&ing off their neighbors but it looked festive in a Clark Griswald kind of way

My parents put them out (2 of them) for the grandkids and they LOVE it.

There is a house around the block from my FIL's and they literally have 50 of them. It looks completely ridiculous and stupid.
I can understand people with children getting one, ONE not 50!!!! I am a fan of "less is more" while I don't particulary care for them having one on your lawn is ok, IMO.
