another RE recommendation - Queens
I know a lot of people are posting for RE recommendations sorry to jump on the bandwagon. I would go to one in Nassau but it would be easier for DH if we went to one in queens.
I came across these on the North shore LIJ website....
anyone use them or know anything about them?
Mary Rausch or Matthew Cohen
I have a dr appt thursday so i am going to ask them for any recommendations but figured i would try you ladies first

Those docs are part of the NSUH Center for Human Reproductive...the main office is in Manhasset...I go there and see dr. hershlag but I have seen Dr. Cohen and he is really nice and funny

I saw Mary Raush and I have to say I did not like her. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else.

I have to agree that Rausch is my least fav doc at the practice...she is so quick and abrupt...for my IUI my DH said she was wham bam thank you maam...she just isnt my cup of tea...Hershlag and Cohen are my favs

Definitely North Shore in Manhasset. There are a few doctors there that you could choose. Some of them also have specialties that may be more of what you need. I highly recommend them and they're right there on the Queens border.
Also, I heard that Dr. Kofinas in Brooklyn is great.

Hi. I live in Queens and went to North Shore. Hours were great. I had all my monitoring appts. at 7am. I have my  who are 5 months old as a result of them. Nothing but great things to say on my end.

You can also check out LI-IVF, they have an office in Lake Success.

i live in Queens and going to the Lake Success office was perfect for me. The only thing is you have to go to the Melville office for certain procedures but all monitoring can be done at Lake Success.
edited to add: check with your insurance but i had different coverage if i went to a facility that was part of a hospital. That was my only reason for not going to North Shore

Dr. Hershlag is my primary RE but you do see others when you are cycling...love my RE
