I have gotten 3 different quotes and 3 different prices..here is the last one and and it is a lot more money than other two.

Removal of all existing equipment the home. Freon will be reclaimed as per EPA regulations.

· One 4 ton Rheem air handler will be installed and hung in upper attic.
· One 4 ton Rheem condenser with new 410A refrigerant to be installed on the right side of the home
· Refrigerant piping will run to condenser and air handler.
· Drain lines will run to the outside gutters.
· Remove all existing ductwork (main trunk line and ducts to rooms), grills.
· Fabricate and install new sheet metal trunk line. Run new flex line to all rooms. New L5203 Lima registers installed.
· Emergency pan with safety water float shut off switch installed.
· New White Rodgers programmable thermostat installed.
· Condenser set on condenser pad.
· Re-connect electric for air handler, run electric to new condenser location.
· Re-locate return. (not responsible for existing return hole)
· Add 2 new supply ducts(bedroom and bathroom)
· Pricing valid for 30 days
