ANOTHER question about the CBEFM
Sorry for all the ??'s....I just noted on another thread, that most of you girls take the OPK tests during the day. My CBEFM booklet says to take it with FMU so that is what I have been doing....is this skewing (sp) my results?

Your elevated level of LH is really during the day. So most people test in the afternoon, late afternoon.

i BELIEVE (i don't own one, but many of my friends do) - that with the CBEFM - you are to do it with FMU....
they are the exception to the rule...it's one of the benefits of having that thing....

The CBEFM needs to be done in the morning, it's not only reading your LH, but also your estrogen which the OPKs do not. As you get closer to ovulation, your estrogen levels also rise.

Yep - i just read the clear blue easy website - it's FMU for the monitor.
