Another question about PCOS?
Can I call and request blood work be done, since I am having problems? My doctor just had me go for a sono and no blood work. She didn't think it was necessary yet. I'm a hypochondriac, so of course I want to know what is going on with me. Especially since I'm still spotting right before AF each month.

My doctor made me go for the bood work along with the sono....in order to confirm the PCOS. I don't see why you shouldn't ask them to send you. I would call.

You should have blood and sono done if PCOS is suspected. There is no other way to diagnose.
