Another question about fabric softener....
So when I was thrown my baby shower, no one got me any cloth diapers as burp rags.
I picked some up the other day, and it's the only thing that I currently have left to wash for Kristiina....
Since her little face will be resting on these, and they aren't really clothing, do you think that it's safe to use fabric softener on them?

Re: Another question about fabric softener....
I would not use fabric softener on anything for a newborn.

I looked into these, but saw no difference in using these versus norm fabric softener.... The Totally Toddler has a disclaimer on it that it too can reduce the flame retardency on children's clothing.

It works well on burp clothes if you were interested in keeping them softer by your childs face. Flame retardency is mostly a concern on childrens pajamas. For items such as burp clothes, undershirts, receiving blankets etc they tend to get kind of stiff and rough without softener. Well that's what I found anyway. Good Luck
