Another question...
I woke up this morning at 7 and took my temp and it was 97.55. Then I rolled over and went back to sleep for a half hour. Before I got up and out of bed at 7:30, I took my temp again because I usually temp at 7:30. The temp at 7:30 was 97.7
Which temp do I use? The one right after I woke up or the one closer to the normal time I temp?
TIA!

Re: Another question...
I would use the one at the time that you normally temp... is it very different from the days before?

Re: Another question...
I'd vote to use the first one.
The point of temping is to take your waking temperature. You should have at least three consecutive hours of sleep beforehand. The second temp doesn't really fulfill those criteria.
Taking your temp at 7 instead of 7:30 isn't enough of a time difference to affect your chart; just note the change in time when you enter the temperature.
