Another prenatal question...
How do you like the pre-natals?
I love them! My nails are super strong, my hair looks and feels great and I'm convinced its helped me lose some weight!

i havent noticed a difference at all... except when i stopped taking them i got sick immediately... so i think they are really helping me stay healthy

I haven't noticed any difference, but I haven't been looking either. It's a vitamin, so it's got to be helping somehow though.

I heard when you take a Pre-natal your nails and Hair get stronger and longer! But I haven't heard about it loosing weight..I'll take it!!!
