Should I be on them?

Yes, you should be on them.
I'm using the Rainbow Light One prenatals and they have been good to my stomach.
Before them, I was using the GNC brand and those made me pretty nauseated and seemed to be kind of binding (sorry if TMI).

I am on Citra-Natal (RX) but have not had a problem with them...

You should definitely be on them. I believe RE's want you on them at least 3 months before being pregnant- they cut down on certain birth defects significantly.
I am on Primacare One Softgel prenatals and don't have any issues w/ them. HTH!
