Another Photoshop Q
I want to make a solid circle and then "frame" it in a different color. I am using the ellipse to draw a circle, filling it in with color and then using the elliptical marquee to frame it. But when i go to fill the marquee in with a different color, it colors the whole circle with the the first color instead of keeping the circle and the frame two different colors. i hope that makes sense.
What else can i do?
