I have never had any problems with their service. FIOS on the other hand was horrible when we had it! First off our bill was a different price every month and we were constantly on the phone arguing with them about this. Their customer service is by far the poorest I have ever experienced. I would never switch back to them!

I have had no real issues but they DID pull that time thing with me too. They were supposed to come from 11 - 2 also, so I ran to the store beforehand and got home 10:30/10:45 ish to a message on the machine saying the guy had come at 10! I do think hecame back later in the day though.

We have CV and have no problems although I have noticed that lately, channel surfing takes longer. However, whenever I would go to my friend's house who had FIOS, it was 100x slower and they didn't have MSGHD which is a big must have for us. It was like slow torture! I don't watch HGTV or Food Network so that has no effect on me either.
