Another day...
Another HIGH day on that stupid FM
I have no more CM and have been dry for two days. Even checked my cervix and it is firm I think that means I either ovulated and didn't know it or will not be ovulating.
I feel a lot of weird cramps. This month I had more CM than I have ever had before and also had brown spotting this past week Also have been feeling warm and yesterday in a room when everyone was cold I was fine (I am usually the first to complain that I am cold)...Sometimes the female body can be the most aggravating thing ever

Trust your body!
The CBEFM might not give you a peak this month, so go with what your body is telling you

I know the feeling - I really do!
But it will happen.
It's only your second month with the CBEFM. Try using OPKs to back it up and it will be a little less stressful. Just pay attention to your CM and your own bodily signs.
Maybe next month you'll want to start temping?

I temped last month and the month before...It was stressing me out. I also think I was doing it wrong and was not doing it at the same time every day

I know it can be stressful, but it will at least tell you if you are ovulating.
I found that to make me feel MUCH better!
