Another cyst and ivf ? !

Does anyone have any experiences with developing a cyst during IVF stims?

I had blood/ sono today after 3 days of stims and there is Something there, that is measuring 18 mm, at first they were worried that this could be a way too big lead follicle and that we would have to scrap this cycle as an IVF, they had me take ganarelix just incase and are having me come in tomorrow to see what's up. There was nothing else measurable.

This afternoon when my bloodwork came back they had what I guess is good ( better?) news, my e2 levels are right where they would like them to be and they think that this could just be a cyst and we may be able to move on, still taking it day by day though.

Anyways, thanks for listening to my question/vent. I just wanna get drunk, and make a baby. Waaaaaaaa

I have not heard of this and I'm sorry you are going through this. I know how you are feeling. We are one week out from our first beta and I got the call today that there are no embies to freeze from our cycle(we had 10 eggs removed). It totally sucks and I totally feel the same way. I wish it was a lot 'easier' but leaving this up to the man upstairs to keep me believing this is all for a greater something....and that is our baby!
