Question: Is it possible to have a Beta of 5 and over 24 hours later still get a positive FRER? and it showed up immediately... its not dark but i dont need to break it open and hold it up to light or against a white piece of paper to see it either.
ETA: i emailed Dr B and asked about a possible lab error... and i have scrip and an appt for a repeat beta tomorrow.
did you ever test positive on an HPT or did you get the beta done twice? are you SURE it was a chemical and not a lab thing?? i only ask because my last cycle before IVF my beta came back at 2. dr. B had me repeat beta and it still came back at 2. he called it a "lab artifact" and said that normally he wouldn't even think anything of it but because of my history of chemicals we weren't entirely sure. in my own mind i dont consider it a loss but it was quite annoying and i just want to see if hes making you retest to make sure its accurate or if he's sure its another chemical because of your history...
on another note i did do IVF the next cycle and had no egg quality issues and my from that cycle turns 10m on wednesday. good luck!!
