I did not like the service with Sprint here in the city.
Switched to Verizon and have not had a problem in any city I've traveled to.

Sprint is cheaper.
I had Verizon for about 7 years and switched to Sprint in July.
Honestly, I have no problems with it. Service quality is the same, dropped calls are infrequent (I had the occasional one with Verizon, same with Sprint).

We switched to Sprint 2 years ago and have not had any issues at all.
I am also a little partial to Sprint because I helped build the network along the thruway corridor about 14 years ago.

I have sprint for the past 7 years(nextel before) and I have NEVER had a problem with service anywhere I go and it is so much cheaper! For mine and DH's phone with unlimited texts, internet and his blackberry service its only about $110 a month

i think it depends on where you live... my friend lives on the north shore & has sprint... she cant drive through the side streets without dropping a phone call at least 3 times

I am a user for a LONG time and I can say I have had a dropped call MAYBE 5 times all together. I am wondering where these people are with these dropped calls
ETS: I just saw your post about the North Shore, i think no matter what service you have there are always chances of dropped calls.

I had Sprint for a long time, and they had some of the worst customer servce I'd ever experienced. I'm very happy so far with Verizon, we switched in 2007.

I have had Sprint since I ever had a cell phone. I've had very little issues (probably only one or twice and they credited me back right away).
I also share minutes with DH and we get a 25% discount (which is much more than any other company gives) because of the fact I'm a city employee.
The reason why some people get dropped calls on their Sprint phones is that it's a dead area in general or they have issues with their phone.
I highly recommend Sprint over Verizon.

I switched from Verizon to Sprint ayear and a half ago and I will NEVER look back!
Cheaper and the service believe it or not is actually better!!!!!!!!

I thought about switching and its only a few bucks cheaper. If you get a 4G phone (Epic or EVO) you have to pay 10 extra months which i expect vierzon to do next year when LTE phones are released.
Service wise, they are both up there. it really depends where you live.
