another Boston question
Parking is not great unless you use a lot. Most of the neighborhoods are resident only and need permit.
There are lots all over. There is a HUGE one at the Pru and another under the Boston Commons.
THe T is great and while I loved there I never even had a car.
Boston is a very walkable city.

Re: another Boston question
I did not use public transportation while i was there, as we walked everywhere. We parked our car in a garage near our hotel. Our hotel also gave a discount for the parking garage. I think it was the 75 state street garage.

another Boston question
there are a ton of garages but they can be $$$$$$. street parking is not great but if you do find one you have to pay the meter and you can tickets if you are 1 min late. They walk up and down and know when the meters are expiring. You really need to watch and read the signs b/c a lot of street parking is permit parking only.
The T (train) is great. It' pretty easy to follow and learn. I would check witht he hotel and see what kind of rates they have, most charge, and probably not move my car. There are also a ton of taxis

Re: another Boston question
Sometimes you can find a spot. Lots are around and costly of course. The T is a nice way to get around.
