And so it begins...UPDATE
UPDATE: Well- it wasn't a SCWA OR a plumbing issue. Luckily DH figured it out. They have a filter right off the main water line intothe house. We didn't know about it so I don't know when the last time it's been changed. It's completely clogged. DH hit the bypass switch and you could hear a major rush of water coming through. We have awesome water pressure now. Thank goodness.
Apparently we've been bathing, going to the bathroom and watering the law, etc. in filtered water!
Original post- We have encountered our first homeowner problem 3 weeks in. No running water.
The pressure has been lessening the last week and now we're down to not even a trickle. I called the SCWA and they recommended calling a plumber.
Anyone know someone decently priced ??

Down to a trickle in all rooms with water? Wouldn't that be a "MAIN" issue, which I would also think SCWA would address.
Dont know a plumber to rec, sorry but I hope you find out soon. Thats very odd.

SCWA is only responsible for the "main" from the meter to the street. Anything from the meter to the house is your problem. Trust me I know! I have had 2 water main issues finally resulting in me having to replace the entire line last year. Hopefully that is not the problem.

Re: And so it begins...UPDATE
Some people have a whole house filter. It's good to have. FInd out how to change the filter and I would change it.
Glad you figured it out.
