An almost 2 year old's best efforts at being patient (video!)
OK, I was playing my flute today at home, which I never do (you'll see why not), and I have to give it to my daughter, she was trying SO HARD to be patient. Just wait until I turn the camera. If she knows it's on her, she won't talk. So I had to go incognito. I was really taping her because I thought it was funny what she was doing when I was playing, but watching it, she was really TRYING to be patient.
Ava attempts to be patient.

Excuse me, Mommy! Excuse me! How you don't just melt over hearing that is beyond me.
I can't even imagine Pop Pop's reaction when he sees this video & watches her pretend that he called.

Wow, I am amazed. Ava sits still for more than a minute. I can't get my DD to sit still for a second!! She's so cute saying "excuse me mommy!".
BTW, hearing the flute brings back memories, I used to play!

OMG! Ava is getting soo big! I just love her!!! How freakin cute being soo polite like that!!! "excuse me" hahaha...Alyssa would just screaming her head off!!! hahaha. She is gorgeous!
