Amy's Organic
I've always enjoyed these frozen entrees, not because they are organic, some
gluten/soy/dairy free, etc, but just because they are actually really good.
Last night I had the Black Bean Tamale Verde, and it was delicious, just 400 calories and very filling.
I like mostly the mexican and Indian foods.
What are some of your favorites?

I love the Breakfast scramble. I eat if for lunch when I don't have time to prepare anything. I also love the spinach pizza pockets as a snack. DH loves the white spinach pizza.

I really like the soups from Amy's Organic. I had split pea last night and it was really good for a canned soup. I also like the dairy free spinach lasagna.

I have Celiac Disease so I eat the gluten free meals.I love the enchiladas. I get the one with no beans.

I also cannot eat gluten - I LOVE the rice mac and cheese (made with rice pasta). I eat it at least once a week. I also like the tamale verde meal (comes with rice), the tofu breakfast scramble, and a cheese enchilada with beans and corn.
