Am I the only psycho
who LOVES doing laundry.  I love pulling out fresh, clean, clothes that smell nice. There is something so satisfying about putting DH's gross workout clothes, and they come out with all the sweat and grossness gone, and they smell so fresh and clean! My laundry room is crazy town- I have a jug of Persil liquid detergent, a box of Tide powder detergent, some borax, oxi clean, shout spray, and the scent booster pellets. I am anal and don't let DH do it. I am a certifiable nut job, but just wondering if I was alone.

I understand the allure of clean laundry, but that's about as far as it goes for me!
DH and i share all laundry duties - if the hamper is full, one of us pulls it out and does it. we share the folding/putting away etc

I actually like it too! For years I had to lug everything to the laundromat...giant heavy bags down a flight of stairs, across the street to the car...it took all day! Having a washing machine in the house now is a dream lol so I actually like it...but it's just DH & I...maybe I'd feel different if I had kids.

I don't mind doing it, separating, putting it into the washing machine and then dryer BUT I HATE to fold it!!!! I don't mind towels so much but anything else, I HATE! LOL

My DH is like this too... he's very organized about it & wont let me hang up the clothes because I "do it wrong" I wish he felt that way about all the chores!!

I hate, hate, hate doing laundry. The laundry cycles here take 2-3 hours. I also have to walk down two flights to get to the laundry room. It’s so annoying.
Give me vacuuming or mopping and I’d be happy.

Thanks to this post I finally did laundry today after procrastinating for a couple of days. For me, laundry is like going to the gym... I love it when I'm done with it
