Am I the only one?
Am I the only one who has no interest in getting a 3d/4d sono? I don't know, maybe this will change as I get further along, but I really have no interest at all in getting one. It seems everyone is getting one these days.

I have no interest either - my sister got one and her daughter looked like a melting alien. I know I'm wierd but I just find the images creepy.

We were split on the decision, but decided to do it because I feel like i've been pregnant forever (47 weeks now-with a 2 month break in there) and it will give me a little incentive to make it to 60 weeks being pregnant. Yes, that is more than one whole year.

When I first saw them a few years ago-- I thought they were really cool and I totally wanted one when the time came. Now, I can take it or leave it. I'd rather go out for a crazy nice dinner than spend $300 on it though..
Only thing is-- I am one of those who can't really make out regular sonos..
Whatever-- I can wait to see what the kid looks like.

no, i don't have any interest either. i am looking forward to the surprise (in 9 weeks!!!) of what my  will look like. the regular sonos are enough for me

I'm going to pass too. Maybe on the next one. We are buying a house so are on a budget and DH wouldn't be thrilled if I spent money on it.

Money is my major concern also. I'm not terribly interested and it isn't covered by my insurance.

I did! and she totally agreed with me  She kept it on her fridge, it would crack me up everytime I went to her house.

We had one done and it was amazing. The baby did not look like a melting alien or anything. He looked like a little chubby-cheeked cutey and we were just thrilled with the way the pics came out. Yes, it is an extravagant expense, but this is our first child and since we aren't spending money on a babymoon or anything else for ourselves during this pregnancy, we figured, why not. We will probably not do it for our (God willing) second child, but for this one it was a nice novelty.
