am i normal?
ok - I guess i just made myself neurotic so came here for some guidance.
I am 3 months and 4 days pregnant and I havent gained a pound. Did this happen to anyone else? granted I can barely eat, puke a couple times a day and have no appetite but still.........
did all u guys gain wait by 3 months?
should i call dr?
also, will i ever be able to nourish my baby or feel like crap throughout my entire pregnancy? any thoughts?

I did not gain until almost my 3rd trimester. If there is a concern with your weight gain I am sure your Dr would let you know.

I know many women that gained barely anything by 3 months - some even were down 10lbs by that point from feeling so lousy.
I hope you start feeling better in the next few weeks

I haven't gained. I am over 14 weeks. It is normal to not really gain during the first trimester. I have been sick, but not vomiting, just no appetite. I just started drinking Carnation instant breakfast shakes to get some calories down when I have no appetite.

i need to try the carnation - i drink ensure but makes me throw up. I actually started drinking v8 fusion (very watered down) and can tolerate that. also, this yummy juice called wadda juice has alot of vitamins.
i was just shocked when i weighed myself and i didnt gain anything.....

You are completely normal. By 3 months, I had lost 8 pounds from being sick and no appetite. I didn't start gaining until around 5 months.

I am 16 weeks today. I just saw my doctor on friday. So far I have LOST 15lbs. I have not had any morning sickness. I have been nausous, but not much throwing up, maybe 3 times since BFP. My appetite was pretty much non existing until 14 weeks. My Doc says it normal, especially since I was slightly overweight to begin with. I am hoping than I only gain back the 15 I lost already and maybe 5lbs more. But we'll see....

Yes you're normal! With this pregnancy I didn't start gaining until well into the 2nd trimester. I actually was loosing weight until about 18 weeks. (I didn't have M/S or anyting, I just wasn't eating well) So don't worry about it. You'll be putting on the pounds soon enough!
