Am i 2DPO or 3DPO?
I got 3 bars on the CBEFM with the little egg symbol on Sunday and then 2 bars...does that mean i am 3DPO today?

how many peak days did you get?
you should have 2 peak days. but if this is the first few cycles you are using it then i assume it's ok to have just 1 peak day. eventually though you should be getting 2 peaks.
about the DPO... this is the tricky part... you won't ever know EXACTLY how many DPO you are because ovulation can occur on either of the 2 peak days... so you will always have that range there.
if sunday was your only peak day then yes today is 3DPO. However, if you had let's say Sat and Sun as peak days then you technically could have o'd on either of those days and in that case you would be EITHER 3 OR 4 DPO....
