I would loooove to get an LV tote, but I can't 
Where can I find a tote that is more affordable, but is still as good quality and as handsome as an LV?

I'd check the Neiman Marcus Last Call and Off Saks outlets at Tanger in Deer Park. I just saw a beautiful MK there for cheap too!
