hmm, that maintance seems very low for a brand new complex. Its a little high for the area, especially with 2 bedrooms, but its still very nice

That is because they have no lawns and no backyards so not much maintance probably needs to be done. While the units are nice, they are in a horrible location.

My friends went to look this weekend and he said they are huge on the inside. One bathroom has a glass stand up shower and the other bathroom had a jacuzzi tub. He said every room was huge, and there is also a laundry room in the condo.
He put in an offer....I hope they get it

They were suppose to be ready in March 2007 and left many people without a place to live......
My inlaws are from DP. The condo's are directly on DPA and Bayshore Road~
IMO,,,,,365k is too much $$ for a condo on DPA/Bayshore Road with no yard and 1 bedroom. The 2nd room isnt considered a bedroom but can be used as one

He said the second bedroom was large - The condo he looked at is on the second floor and it has a balcony.....
