alright breakdown has happened!!!

i already threw up like 5 times this am.... more becuase i was hysterically crying and got myself sooo worked up it made me throw up... i couldnt catch my breath i was coughing, gagging... while hysterically crying... i had the "talk" with work yesterday about my tardiness due to m/s... and today i had to tell them i will work saturday instead of today... i feel so embarressed and worried about work.. but in the same time i just want to say f#&k it all!!! i really dont care abuot anything... all i want to do lay on the couch and cry... thats when my face isnt in the toilet!!

guess i will be crying all day...

being pregnant so far really sucks.....

couch here i come!!!

I'm sorry you're feeling so bad. Hopefully your job will be understanding that you're going througha rough patch- but you will come out on the other end. Just try to take it easy today and rest.

I think that you need to go back to bed and take advantage of the day off that you have. You will be fine. It's so rough being prgo especially when you don't feel good...

Try and relax - maybe start a journal. Get a hot cocoa and watch TLC. Get a big box of tissues and try to nap.... Try and feel better.

Don't worry, you are doing great! You already have 11 weeks under your belt - you can do it! I know you are having hard times, but know that it's worth it in the end. We are all here rooting for you!!

Awww I know how you feel...I could barely work and I felt disgusting!!! All I wanted to do was sleep!! I didn't know how much more I could handle. I felt I would never be able to eat normally ...AGAIN!!! I thought food had lost it's taste FOREVER!!! It gets better........it really does. When people told me this I was like 'yea ok...." and I even told my mom .. I cant do this anymore...not for7more mos. ... but by the second tri... I was fine!! I still am!! Now I have 7 weeks left and I am just a bit tired again and I feel fat...lol....and unattractive...other than that ...everything is great. Just come here and complain..it makes a difference...we will help you out!

I'm sorry that you feel so awful. Try not to worry so much about work. Hopefully they will understand and this will pass. Just take it easy and take care of yourself. Relax on your couch all day and don't feel guilty!!

Don't let work stress you out - you have to take care of your baby and body right now - that comes first. I hope you feel better!!

I know I went through the same thing. I see you are almost in your second trimester...it will get better.
Take care of youself and make sure you stay hydrated...it really helps

oh honey, it gets so much better. I use to cry all the time. On the bus, in the cafeteria..

once I did not make it to the restroom, and I threw up in the lobby, a woman called me digusting, I LOST it. Cried all the way home and all that night.

I HATED being pregnant. I HATED that people were happy for me. I just wanted to lay in my pjs all day long in my bed. I couldn't watch TV, it seemed like all that was ever on was burger king commercials.

It gets so much better. Don't feel bad if you do zero around the house, or in life. I felt guilty for not bouncing around town happy. I became a hermit, but that's okay. I did not cook or clean, work was enough.

I always thought it was funny too, how I would never sit on a toliet seat at work, and then there comes a time where i was actually laying on one daily.

I hope you are doing better - you sound just like me - luckily my job was very understanding with my m/s - there is no way i can drive AND puke at the same time, and being I had no control over puking, that had to take precedence....

Isn't is against the law to hold m/s against a woman in terms of tardiness????

Anyway - talk to your doctor about Zofran - I was like you - crying hysterically and nonstop throwing up - I lost 13 pounds and almost had to be hospitalized - and the Zofran helped sooooo much! I am JUST starting to feel slightly better and weaning myself off slowly at 14 weeks, but I have finally been able to keep food down.

I feel so bad. I never had m/s like that, I never puked, just nauseaus all day. it went away 11th week. can you call the dr and see what they suggest?

I remember my gf telling me to drink lots of capri suns , tea with fresh ginger, chew gum, saltine crackers-plain keep with me, and to chew tums everyday- that helped them when they threw up. I did the capri suns, saltine crackers and still chew tums and I never threw up- felt like it but never came up.
