allergy sufferers - important info!
i have to share this because it can help a lot of you!
i have had allergies my whole life. in particular, horrible allergies this time of year. a week ago, they were so severe i developed a sinus infection.
im so sick of medication, so i went onine and researched natural cures for sinus infections. i came across a site that recommended apple cider vinegar.
by the end of the first day that i tried it, i was already feeing 50% better, and by the next, still congested but i could tell the infection was gone and it was just "stuff" coming out. (yum)
anyway, a week later, i have not taken any medication whatsoever and i have not experienced allergies at all! apple cider vinegar has amazing health qualities that more people should know about.
ive been going over this site, www.earthclinic.com and there is so much to learn!
anyway, FYI, the vitamin shoppe brand organic ACV is the best tasting.
i put a tablespoon or a bit more in a cold glass of water and drink it 3 times day. you have to get used to the taste, but its really not bad!

wow!!!
i've dealth with allergies in recent years.
today, it was pretty bad.
if apple cider vinegar can make me feel better, i'm willing to give it a try.
thanks for sharing the info and the link.
i'll be checking it out.

yes! try it and give it a chance...im telling you, i am very surprised! make sure you drink at least the minimum amount. good luck!

i actually read that a combination of apple cider vinegar and honey is good.
i'm going to try that, because the vinegar in water is horrid! 
but i'm already feeling a difference, so i'm not going to quit

Good to know. I wonder if I can convince DH to try that!

glad to hear its helping! yeah the vinegar leaves much to be desired! ive heard the honey is good..people add it to juice, etc. good luck!
