alcohol during 2ww - stupid ?
do you ladies drink alcohol during your 2WW?
I know it might sound like a stupid question. but if you're ttc for a long time are you just supposed to stop drinking alcohol at all. i know that drinking alcohol doesnt help when your ttc but i was wondering.
im going to a bday party tonight and i wanna drink & im in the middle of my 2 week waiting period...

I have been told by my provider moderation is always best. You can't stop living your life so a few drinks are fine.

i did a post about this....
the jyst - MODERATION...don't go out and get drunk - but live your life...
you do not share a bloodsteam with the baby until a certain point (and i can never remember the week number)...

I think its week 5 before you start sharing a bloodstream. I didnt find out that I was pregnant with DD until about 5-6 weeks in and I had a few drinks in that time frame - a glass of wine or two and she is perfectly fine. I think you are good until you get your BFP and then I would stop. Have fun

Exactly--everything in moderation (aside from medications that are not allowed even when TTC)!

I wouldn't worry about having a drink during the 2WW. I mean, I wouldn't get wasted or anything, but a cocktail should be fine
