I had a vodka tonic tonight (around 8pm) and now Im pumping, do I have to dump?

Since it is 3 hours later and you just had 1 drink, I think you are fine. Are you still feeling the effects of the alcohol? If yes, then dump. Otherwise, you are fine!

Don't dump...i drink a glass of wine when I get home and then BF my DS. I never pump and dump. One drink will have no effect.

My ped said 1 small drink I could bf, but if I had 2 I should wait 2 hours to BF, etc. I wouldn't dump.
