Airport security Question
I know when going through security you need to take your laptop out of the case and put it separate. Is it the same for I Pads?

Ditto. When I flew very recently, they said only laptops need to be put in the bin alone.

i just went international in july and they made us take the ipad out and put in a seperate bin. so i threw the iphones in there too.
just stay with your trays and make sure you push your items through the xray machine. security doesn't do it. You will then also be through the xray machine the same time your stuff is getting out.
