I am SO disappointed Mandisa is off....IMO she deserved to be in at least the top 5. I really hope something comes out of this for her, I've heard she has been getting offers to model for plus size clothing.

you had to see me and Danielle watching last night....
i could NOT believe that Mandisa got the fewest number of votes!!!! I thought for sure she was going to be at least in the top 3!!! 
America - there is NOTHING wrong with a plus-size African American woman being named American Idol! She's got the friggin talent, that's all that matters!!

I was so upset to see Mandisa go. I can't believe that Ace and bucky are still there. I really don't like that Paris either.

I wanted Bucky or Paris to be voted off. But Mandisa's song choice was so bad IMO. I think people still liked her but didn't vote for her b/c of that one performance.

personally i have to agree with what ryan seacreat said the other day, "you should judge on their singing, not the song they pick". mandisa had a fantastic voice, yeah her song choices were pretty bad, but she sounded good while singing them. i was sorry to see her go, she has real talent.

I agree, but I also think their song choice can affect the way they sing -- Mandisa went into some lower register for that song and her voice wasn't as powerful or good for the most part.
