I thought he sounded gorgeous!! I loved it!! And he couldn't do anything to spruce up the song...it's perfect the way it is and it's not meant to be reinterpreted into Star Search Land.

See. I don't get all the David love at this point. For one thing, I feel like the competition is SO favoring him and it's really annoying me. I don't want him to win because of that.
I think he's talented- he's great to watch. But to favor someone so damn early? Something's not right....
