They simply opened the catalog for the kids to perform with permission. They dont tell them how to perform.
I get the feeling at this point though they're heavily coached and the 'music directors' tailor the style to them.

I want her to go too!! Either her or Kristy Lee- but who knows, Kristy might have a good week. She doesn't impress me either. But I've never liked Ramiele. I don't get why they make such a huge deal about her voice...it's not all that powerful or rangey.

ETA: ok...it's different. his voice is soooo tiny though. His arrangement is nice though.
