Ahhh...getting frustrated

So I am on month 2 of TTC and am trying OPK's, and temping to determine when I ovulate. Okay so I am on CD 15, according to charting I O'd on Saturday which would have been CD 12. I am pretty sure that that is not right...seems too early especially since my charting last month said I ovulated at CD 15. I have been using OPK's since CD 9 and consistently nothing. I don't know if I am not using them right or what but I still have no smiley face. My cycle is usually 28 days and sometimes as long as 30. I would think that I would be ovulating now...I am having ovulation pain as I write this. That would make sense based on my cycle and what I am used to. I used my last OPK today and I am not going to go out and buy more for one more day ( I am leaving on a business trip on Thursday). Is it possible to Ovulate and not get a smiley on the digital OPK?

Sure. Maybe you didn't hold in your pee for long enough? And your cycles can vary each month, it's totally normal to O on day 15 one month and day 12 the next; that's only 3 days apart.

I don't know what advice to give except to while you can - it can't hurt!

I reccomend the OPK's someone posted earlier last week on Amazon...not only are they a great deal...but u can test ANYTIME doesn't have to be FMU. I POAS when i got home from work and still that positive came right up.

Can you post your chart to see what your temps look like?

Maybe you will O later - i would keep testing for a few more days (unless your temps definately show you O'd)

If you buy OPK's and dont finish the pack - you can always use them for next month if you dont get your BFP
