ahhh crap
I "think" she's coming
i'm INSANELY bloated. Like to the point where I feel like i"m carrying quadruplets (not that I truly know what thats like lol) i'm getting random cramping throughout the day. AF comes at the worst times. Last time at the beginning of my HM (last the entire trip) and now at the start of the holidays. I hate never knowing when it will arrive. Today is CD 42 I believe?

Re: ahhh crap
Are you temping? I have ridiculous cycles as well (avg is 44 days but it ranges from 36-~50 days ). Anyway, temping helps me pinpoint where I am in my cycle and helps me know when and even IF I O'd. I'd highly recommend it for you since you seem to have the same issue I have.
Sorry about AF but hey, many ladies are bloated from PG as well so it ain't over till it's over

I'm not tempting actually. Maybe I should start this?? I know OPKs are useless to me (pcos) my Doctor thinks that I "O" between 20-25. If nothing changes/happens from now until March then i'm going to get started on some Meds.

Re: ahhh crap
Hmm.. OPKs may or may not be useless. PCOS doesn't necessarily void them, it just may cause false positives. I actually use them in conjunction with temping. I wind up getting a verrrrrry long surge according to the OPKs (3-5 days ) but again, with the temping it helps me really accurately pinpoint the O date.
Have you had testing to confirm you are ovulating? This is another issue that may crop up with PCOS and some dr's don't do it unless you request. I'm just surprised your dr seems to be able to tell you when you O if your cycles are all over the place. And, in this case if it's CD42 and AF still hasn't arrived, you'd be looking at a 17+ day LP which would be pretty unusual. Seems like you O later than CD20-25, at least some of the time.
If you get AF (which I'm still hoping you won't ), maybe pick up the BBT at CVS ($10) and try charting for the next cycle. It really has helped me feel more in control.
Good luck

Great! thank you for all your help. I'm definitely going to look into temping for my next cycle (just to get a fresh start)
