agnus castus?
Has anyone ever heard of this supplement? Also called "Chasteberry"? I have read that it can aid in PMS symptoms as well as enhance fertility.

I was taking it a little before I started trying. . it was recommended in a book I read but I have no real info on its effectiveness. . I do know the bottle says not to take while pregnant or nursing so I stopped when doing  after O - it tastes pretty gross - that's all I have
